If you no longer wish to keep your VPS or server, you can easily request a cancellation from your client area. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your client account.
2. Go to “My Products & Services.”
3. Locate the VPS or server you wish to cancel, then click on its “Product Details.”
4. Scroll down and click the “Request Cancellation” button.
5. In the “Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation” field, enter a short explanation of why you want to cancel.
6. Select your “Cancellation Type” – you can usually choose between:
Immediate: The service will be terminated right away.
End of Billing Period: The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Once done, click “Request Cancellation.”
Important Notes
After the cancellation request is submitted, your VPS and all related data may be permanently deleted depending on the selected cancellation type.
Please ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
Once your request is received, our system will process it accordingly.
