This is a common practice in the cloud hosting industry. However, we understand that legitimate use cases exist, and we are happy to work with our customers to find a solution. After you have been with us for at least one month and paid your first invoice, you can submit a limit request to unblock these ports for a valid use case. Please provide details about your use case in your request, and we will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
Alternatively, you can use port 587 to send emails via external mail delivery services. This port is not blocked and can be used without submitting a limit request.
